Responsibilities

• Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll data is updated regularly.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to adhere to payroll policies and procedures.
• Verify time sheets and ensure correct deductions and withholdings are applied.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of payroll reports for management and compliance purposes.
• Help maintain compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
