About our client:

Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are a large not-for-profit who provide essential services across Australia. Due to acqusitions and growth they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their friendly team on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role:

Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include:

• Updating and maintaining of employee records
• New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
• Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
• Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
• Award interpretation
• Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues

About you:

• 2+ years in a similar role
• Experience in a high volume environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
