Payroll Officer

About our client:

Randstad is pleased to once again be partnering with our client who are a national business in an interesting industry sector. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team of 3 on a permanent basis to assist with end-to-end payroll processing using Chris21.

About the role:

Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:

• Fortnightly payroll processing including new starters, terminations, redundancies, leave calculations, superannuation, etc.
• Updating and maintaining of employee records
• Award interpretation
• Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
• Provide a high level of customer service to employees
• Ensure compliance with payroll related legislation

About you:

• 5+ years in a similar role
• Experience with Chris21 / iChris (essential)
• Experience in a medium - high volume environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
