Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance policy documents with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records systematically.
  • Communicate effectively in English to provide clear information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze policy details to identify any inconsistencies and take corrective actions promptly.
  • Support the team in achieving operational targets by adhering to established processes and timelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy servicing procedures by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for policy audits and reviews.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance if applicable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive policyholder information at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Adapt to the night shift work model to meet the demands of the role effectively.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient policy management.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess a basic understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is advantageous.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and industry standards.
  • Display attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage policy-related tasks.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to deliver high-quality service.
