PEGA- BPM Architect

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust business process management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of PEGA systems to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PEGA BPM solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA implementations.
• Provide technical expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling to ensure optimal system performance.
• Oversee the integration of PEGA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
• Lead the development of process models and workflows to align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PEGA BPM implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA systems to minimize downtime.
• Mentor junior team members in PEGA BPM best practices and methodologies.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for PEGA processes and configurations.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PEGA BPM processes and tools. Qualifications
• Possess a strong understanding of PEGA BPM Process Modeling and its applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing PEGA solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or equivalent certification.
