Peoplesoft Consultant

About the role

As a PeopleSoft Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting and improving critical financial applications within a dynamic technology project. You will be a valued member of the EPS team, responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, and system enhancements. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will ensure the smooth operation of PeopleSoft systems and contribute to the success of corporate operations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide Level 2 support for application issues, diagnose root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Coordinate Level 3 support with resolver groups such as software engineers.

• Collaborate with service managers to deliver technical support and troubleshoot incidents.

• Monitor system performance and proactively detect bugs, misconfigurations, and bottlenecks.
• Support quality assurance testing for new applications to ensure functionality and usability.

• Conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.

• Generate reports and dashboards for applications and vendors for management review.

What you need to have to be considered

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, including AP, AR, GL, and AM modules.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Process Scheduler.
• Good understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 Query, SQL, and nVision reporting.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to analyze ongoing issues, assess impact, and provide effective solutions.
