Job summary

The PFSS HR Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM within the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 to 20 years of experience in HR management focusing on enhancing employee engagement and optimizing supply chain processes. The position operates on a hybrid model with no travel required ensuring a balanced work-life integration.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of Workday People Experience to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
  • Manage the integration of PeopleSoft SCM to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing Workday and PeopleSoft tools effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in HR and supply chain management.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention through effective HR practices.
  • Analyze data from HR systems to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive the achievement of key performance indicators related to HR and supply chain management.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM demonstrating technical proficiency.
