Join an outpatient rehab team where your clinical skills help patients rebuild strength and return to active living. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who can assess movement limitations, develop tailored care plans, and guide individuals through every stage of recovery. You’ll treat musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and orthopedic cases with direct, personalized care.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical evaluations to measure flexibility, strength, and range of motion
• Develop treatment plans that target functional recovery
• Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercise techniques
• Track patient progress and revise care as necessary
• Document accurately using EMR (WebPT preferred)
• Communicate effectively with physicians and team members

Requirements

• DPT or MPT degree
• Current or eligible Missouri PT license
• Experience with outpatient ortho preferred
• Comfortable using WebPT or similar systems
• Clear and confident clinical communication
