We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Senior Services team, providing 1:1 care in luxury Senior Communities. Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy to patients with post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree
Requirements:
- Completed Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for Physical Therapist license
