We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Plant Crusher Operator to join a well-established concrete recycling yard based in Nudgee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work in a supportive, hands-on team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating crushing plant machinery efficiently and safely
Performing regular maintenance and basic repairs on crushing equipment
Operating machinery such as bobcats (loader and excavator experience highly regarded)
General yard hand and labouring duties
Supporting the team with various on-site tasks as needed
Keeping the site tidy and machinery in good working order
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating crushing plant machinery - highly desirable
Strong mechanical aptitude – able to troubleshoot and fix machines when required
Bobcat ticket required – excavator or loader ticket a bonus
Willingness to pitch in with yard work and labouring
A team player with a good work ethic and attitude
Safety-first mindset
What's On Offer:
$31–$44/hr depending on experience
Temp-to-perm role – opportunity to secure permanent work
