Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of digital marketing industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development or partner management
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, ad operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google Marketing Platforms (in particular DV360).
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in the online media industry or product area, and working in an matrixed organization.
- Experience in independently setting and managing a workload whilst working in a fast-paced, and perpetually evolving environment.

The LCS Ads Partnerships Team (APT) acts as an extension of Google's sales and product teams, functioning as both sellers and advocates for Google's solutions. The team's core purpose is to drive the activation of Google's solutions at scale through their partners, which include media agencies, tech partners, and creative partnerships.
Our Tech Partners drive Programmatic, Measurement and Advance Analytics agendas and are either strategic business units of traditional media agencies or independent businesses. Their offering includes platforms access, support and services to drive value for advertisers and increase their digital maturity.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and media agency partners. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, joint media strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Execute on our programmatic partner strategy, including the continued development of their capabilities.
- Support and develop OneGoogle opportunities in close collaboration with Google Cloud and Ads Sales teams, focused on new business acquisition and partner services delivery.
- Stay across global, regional, and local releases of the Google Marketing Platform best practices and use cases, and support similar efforts with partners locally.
