Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive information about airline services, policies, and schedules.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Passion for travel and a basic understanding of airline operations is desirable.
- Experience with customer service software and airline reservation systems is advantageous.
