Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you work directly with Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the integration process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Engage with clients to gather their integration requirements and tailor our solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct technical meetings with Portuguese-speaking clients to discuss integration specifications and needs.
  • Design and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Monitor integration performance and address any issues that arise effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients after the integration process is complete.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure client needs are thoroughly communicated and addressed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B integrations, ideally in a technical or support role.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
  • A proactive team player with a collaborative work approach.
