Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries related to business operations and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve client issues promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our support system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory, alongside good English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Experience with CRM systems or support software is advantageous.
