Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to business operations and provide effective solutions.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our support system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory, alongside good English skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience with CRM systems or support software is advantageous.
