Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional support.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their unique requirements.
- Deliver tailored solutions and recommendations that align with clients' needs.
- Document client interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Remain updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in client relations or customer support is preferred.
