Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing dedicated support and responding to inquiries.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to accurately understand their needs and expectations.
- Timely resolution of client concerns and issues, maintaining professionalism throughout.
- Conduct follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and keep them informed of updates and offerings.
- Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to improve client satisfaction and relay client feedback.
- Remain knowledgeable about market trends and company services in order to effectively assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with CRM tools and dedicated client management systems is a benefit.
- A proactive approach to ensuring an outstanding client experience.
