As a Customer Care Agent, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, assisting them with a variety of questions related to our services and products. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will contribute to customer satisfaction and help strengthen our relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions related to our products and services
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any customer issues effectively
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on best practices for using our services
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve our offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and oral
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
