As a Customer Care Agent, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, assisting them with a variety of questions related to our services and products. Responsibilities
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries
- Assist customers with questions related to our products and services
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve any customer issues effectively
- Provide guidance and support to customers on best practices for using our services
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve our offerings

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and oral
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
