Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about product updates and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related positions is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication platforms.
