In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with expert support as they utilize our products and services. Your goal will be to help clients achieve their objectives while ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, delivering timely and effective support
- Assist clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our offerings fully
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and proactively address potential issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize client engagements and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that align with client needs
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mentality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
