Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, content access, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate users on service features, updates, and platform navigation.
- Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in digital environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for streaming services and knowledge of popular content is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is an advantage.
