Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese for a variety of travel-related inquiries
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues clients may face during their travel experience
- Educate customers about travel policies, services, and destinations
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
