Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media channels in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with their concerns, product information, and service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Engage with the community to foster positive interactions and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support social media initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in social media management or customer support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
