Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media channels in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with their concerns, product information, and service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Engage with the community to foster positive interactions and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support social media initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in social media management or customer support is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
