Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client requirements and existing business processes
- Translate client needs into customized digital solutions that achieve their goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate successful implementation of solutions
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support
- Research industry trends and best practices to guide clients effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document findings, recommendations, and progress related to projects for internal evaluation
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex digital technology concepts
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the capability to address challenges
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools is a plus
