Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality email support to Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues based on their inquiries.
- Communicate solutions and guidance clearly to support customers effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the support system.
- Work closely with team members to improve support processes and address common issues.
- Stay updated on product information to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong written communication skills for effective engagement with clients through email.
- Prior experience in customer support or email-based roles is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
