Responsibilities
- Deliver superior end-user support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues effectively.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
