Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking end-users through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist users in understanding and resolving their concerns effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of support tickets and resolutions in the service management system.
- Work closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
- Stay informed about new technologies and developments to continuously improve support quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, or related areas is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems or helpdesk software is beneficial.
- A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to helping users is essential.
