In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking enterprise clients, focusing on understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive their success. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking enterprise clients to identify their needs and business objectives
- Provide expert consultancy and customized solutions that align with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance service offerings and improve the overall client experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or account management, particularly with enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-up practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
