In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Portuguese-speaking enterprise clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored consultancy services that enhance their operational effectiveness. Your contributions will be essential in fostering positive client relationships and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking enterprise clients to identify their specific needs and objectives
- Provide expert consultancy and customized solutions to align with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any challenges that may arise
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant insights and advice to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and improve client experiences
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated experience in client consulting or account management, especially with enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience in assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to exceptional client service
