Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
- Respond to client inquiries through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve booking-related issues and client concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery based on customer feedback.
- Remain informed about upcoming events and industry developments to enhance client interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
- Excellent ability to solve problems and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine interest in the entertainment sector and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.
