Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and returns
- Offer personalized fashion recommendations based on customer preferences
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the fashion or retail industry
- A strong passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
