Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to quality standards and follow company guidelines for service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer support systems and software is beneficial
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
