Responsibilities
- Monitor chat rooms during gameplay to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with players in Portuguese, answering questions and promoting a positive atmosphere
- Quickly identify and manage any inappropriate behavior or content
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding chat interactions and player engagement
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
- Participate in training programs to stay informed about gaming standards and practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
- Prior experience in moderation or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Basic technical understanding to navigate online platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive mindset and enthusiasm for promoting community involvement
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required
