Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking gamers via email, chat, and telephone.
- Assist customers with gameplay inquiries and troubleshoot account or technical issues efficiently.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and work toward positive resolutions.
- Stay informed about our games and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
- Collaborate with team members to address common issues and develop effective solutions.
- Engage with the gaming community to foster positive relationships and gather insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- A strong passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming culture.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
