In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them navigate through inquiries and troubleshoot issues with our products and services. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to software, hardware, and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
- Educate customers about product features and best practices for use.
- Stay updated on product information and technical advancements to provide effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and oral.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid European Passport or ID is required.
