Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, managing inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Provide thorough information about our services, facilities, and nearby attractions
- Quickly resolve any issues or complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain precise records of guest interactions and service transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service execution
- Gather and utilize feedback from guests to improve overall service
- Participate in continuous training and personal development to enhance your expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or customer service field is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to resolve issues with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
