Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests from Portuguese-speaking clients
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our services, amenities, and local attractions
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective service delivery
- Gather and utilize guest feedback to continually improve service quality
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
