We are on the lookout for passionate professionals eager to leverage their language proficiency and technical expertise to assist clients in implementing effective IT solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges
- Design and present customized IT solutions that align with clients' objectives
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless and successful implementation of solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients for optimal use of IT products
- Investigate industry trends and competitor solutions to provide informed recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Document project progress and client feedback for continuous enhancement and improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in IT consulting, solutions delivery, or customer service is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Solid understanding of IT technologies and solutions
- Proactive mindset with results orientation and a desire to learn
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
- Commitment to staying updated on new technologies and industry advancements
