Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond accurately and efficiently to customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive outcome.
- Record customer interactions accurately within our support system.
- Work closely with other teams to improve service delivery and address customer concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with product details and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related position, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and effectively in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high service standards.
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms and customer service software is an advantage.
- A friendly and approachable manner with a true passion for helping customers.
