Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding mobile support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile support and technology.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must possess a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
