Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional mobile support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions offered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your expertise and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial but not required.
- A strong interest in technology, particularly in mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must have a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
