Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Portuguese-speaking clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Share knowledge about our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.
- Stay informed on company products and policies to provide reliable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multilingual setting, is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
