In this position, you will engage with customers in Portuguese and other languages, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your language skills and dedication to customer service will significantly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese and other necessary languages
- Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer needs
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to guarantee satisfactory solutions
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of customer support
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Familiarity with customer service software and general computer proficiency is advantageous
