In this position, you will engage with customers primarily in Portuguese, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your language skills and commitment to excellent service will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Portuguese and additional languages as necessary
- Provide accurate and informative responses regarding products and services
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to maintain detailed records
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide the best support
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
