As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will communicate with customers primarily in Portuguese and other languages, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your language skills and dedication to high-quality service will significantly enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese and additional languages as needed
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customer needs
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to guarantee positive outcomes
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the quality of customer support
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
