Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a position for a Portuguese Speaking Online Platform Support Agent! This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and are fluent in Portuguese.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary support contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and troubleshooting issues they encounter on our online platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure users have a positive and efficient experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the online platform effectively.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex inquiries when necessary.
- Educate users on platform features and encourage them to take full advantage of our services.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- No previous experience required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates.
- Strong desire to learn and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have a stable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
