In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and troubleshooting any technical issues related to our online platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communication.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the online platform quickly and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex inquiries when necessary.
- Inform users about platform features and encourage their active participation.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- No previous experience required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates.
- A strong interest in learning and a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a friendly attitude.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic understanding of online platforms is advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
