In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties, assisting them through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers across multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support requests in our ticketing system.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex inquiries as needed.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your technical skills and product knowledge.
- Actively contribute to improving service delivery based on customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work efficiently in a remote team setting.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid European Passport or ID required.
