This role is essential for providing high-quality support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their service-related inquiries with expertise and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary service desk support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues pertaining to products and services.
- Assist users in understanding standard procedures and provide effective solutions to improve their interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the service desk system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English preferred.
- Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with service desk tools or customer relationship management systems is beneficial.
