Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary service desk support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues pertaining to products and services.
  • Assist users in understanding standard procedures and provide effective solutions to improve their interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the service desk system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English preferred.
  • Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • Familiarity with service desk tools or customer relationship management systems is beneficial.
  • A passion for technology and a dedication to delivering outstanding service is required.
