Responsibilities
- Lead the software implementation process for clients, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor software configurations that align with their requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to equip users with the knowledge to utilize the software effectively.
- Document the implementation process and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and recommend enhancements.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software implementation or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
