Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on product features and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking principles.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
