Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on product features and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking principles.
- Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
